What is the Telstra Enterprise Plus Fund (TEPF)
For each eligible Adaptive Mobility service that you activate, each month that your service remains active, we’ll automatically bank 10% of the net monthly subscription fee into your Telstra Enterprise Plus Fund which you can then use to help offset the price of any hardware purchases that you make.

Are Adaptive Mobility plans 5G compatible?
All Adaptive Mobility plans are 5G Compatible and capable of utilising the Telstra 5G Mobile network. Connection to 5G is also dependent on handset capabilities, coverage and network congestion.

How do I lease or procure hardware?
There are multiple ways to purchase hardware under Telstra's Adaptive Mobility.
Devices can be purchased upfront, via lease, or repaid over 12 or 24 months via an ARO (Adaptive Repayment Option). The Exceed ICT team will discuss all your options so that you can make an informed decision on the best option(s) for your Organisation.
